  7. Now add coarsely mashed refried bean, tomato ketchup, salt and pepper and cook for 2-3 minutes and keep aside.
  8. For sour cream in the hung curd add lemon juice, salt and black pepper.
  9. For uncooked salsa in a bowl take chopped onion and chopped tomatoes, chilli flakes salt and coriander leaves. Mix them and keep aside.
  10. Now time to assemble all layers one by one in a bowl.
  11. Take a transparent bowl and 1/2 fill the bowl with prepared rice and press them with spoon.
  12. Now spread second layer of refined beans on to it.
  13. After beans layer spread sour cream layer onto it.
  14. On the top spread the layer of uncooked salsa.
  15. Now grate cheese on the top and decorate with nachos on the sides.
  16. Serve with juice or any other drink.
