- Take 1 piece Capsicum
- Take as required Oil
- Make ready 3 tbsp Sugar
- Make ready 1/2 cup Water
- Take pinch Cinnamon powder
- Prepare pinch Salt

- For making bajra pancake, mix the flour and water and mix it than add salt and make a pancake, dono side golden brown hone take cook kijie,
- For making corn chilli mousse, half crushed the corn and chilli in the mixture, than take one pan add milk and corn mixture and boil it for 3 mmts than add sugar and cook it jab take wo thick ho jaye, jab thanda ho jaye than add whipped cream in to it and mix it and freeze it
- Now for roasted capsicum, take one capsicum brush with oil and roast it direct on gas flam, than crush it mixture, than take one pan add sugar,water and capsicum mixture and boil it for 5 mnts jab take thick ho jaye than add salt and cinnamon powder
- Assemble: brush corn chilli mousse bajara pancake capsicum glaze khichdi panna cotta ko unmold with golden coating
