  2. Boil the broccoli or microwave until tender.

  4. Put the salmon from Step 1 into a frying pan, cover with a lid and steam-cook over low heat.
  5. When the salmon is cooked through (see Tips), remove the lid, turn the heat up to medium and let the cooking sake evaporate
  6. Turn the heat down back to low, add the ● ingredients, and mix. Add broccoli, mix again and turn off the heat.
  7. Adjust the seasoning with salt and pepper to finish.

While tuna salad is the more common seafood salad, I think salmon salad is so much better. Flake the salmon into the pasta in large pieces and toss well.
