- In a pot,add oil and onion,fry until golden brown.Add tomatoes, ginger garlic paste,spices and pre boiled meat,cook for 5mins and add water.
- Cover and cook on low flame for sometime.Add potatoes and cook until meat and potatoes are fully done.
- Add yoghurt and cook, add kewra,podina leaves and green chillies
- In a separate pot put water with whole spices to boil rice.
- Now once the rice are boiled aik kanni,star in and put the rice layer over the already prepared masala and keep for dum,sprinkle food colour.
- In 15-20 mins they will be ready,serve with raita and enjoy
