  7. Now shifting the rice in motton pot and set the layers of biryani and spread the colour, tomato, brown onions and lemon slices and spread 3,4 tbsp lukewarm milk like this way also add 2 tbsp ghee on the top of biryani and dum it for 20 minutes.
  8. After 20 minutes open the lid and mix the biryani and keep set in small patili and dish like this way.
  9. A delicious and recreate motton biryani is ready to serve, enjoy like we eat in restaurant.
