- Take pan heat up oil add whole spices crackle it and add rice,salt as per your taste and add water..boil rice until it is half cooked..do not cook fully..make 3 partitions.. and colour them in orange,green and white..then mix with everest biryani masala…make a layer of paneer gravy then make a layer of rice add fried onions,grated paneer,soaked saffron milk and corirnder leaves..and give a smoke of coal to biryani of more taste…and serve with raita..
