  6. Ab pani mein thora yellow clr dal ke mix karein r wo rice py dal dein r sath hi ghee b dal dein.. opr phr lemon, green chilies and mint sprinkle karein.
  7. Ab Patila ko Lid sy cover kar dein r corners py atty ki lai lagadein ta ke steam bahir na a sky. And 10 minutes medium flame py then 45 to 50 minutes low flame py dum py rakh dein.(total 1 hour)
