  2. Take 3 cup Selah rice
  3. Prepare 1/4 cup yoghurt
  4. Prepare 1/2 tsp salt

  6. Prepare 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
  7. Make ready 1/2 tsp cumin powder
  8. Take 1/4 tsp all spice powder
  9. Make ready 2 tbsp biryani masala
  10. Make ready 1 tsp coriander powder
  11. Make ready 3 tomatoes
  12. Get 1/2 cup brown onion
  13. Make ready 1/2 cup coriander leaves
  14. Make ready 2 green chillies
  15. Prepare Half lemon
  16. Take 2 cinnamon stick
  17. Get 4 cardamom
  18. Get 8,10 black cloves
  19. Prepare 1 star anise
  20. Take 2 bay leaves
  21. Take 1/4 cup oil
  22. Make ready 2 tbsp ghee
  23. Prepare 1 tbsp kewra water
  24. Take 1/4 tsp food colour
  25. Take 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
  26. Prepare 2 alo bukharras
  27. Take 3 potatoes

Instructions to make Mutton bombay biryani:
  1. Clean your mutton first..
  2. In a bowl add yoghurt, salt, g. G paste, red chilli powder, turmeric..
  3. Coriander, cumin, all spice and biryani masala and alo bukhara
  4. Mix well and mutton and leave it for half an hour..
  5. Heat oil add cardamom, cinnamon, black cloves and bay leaves..
  6. Chopped 2 tomatoes add in oil.. cook till tender..
  7. Now add marinated mutton cook for 15 min till oil separate.. bhounfy well till that..
  8. Now add 2 cup water and cook on low flame until tender..
  9. When tender add brown onion cook for more 6,8 min and done..
  10. Soak selah rice for good 2,3 hours..
  11. In a big pot add salt accordingly to rice, whole spices and potatoes..
  12. Boil water till potatoes tender..
  13. When cooked add rice boil. For 10min.. drain and set a side
  14. Assembling according to my mom way..
  15. Take gravy oil.. Add in a layering pot first..
  16. Now layer 1/4 rice and potatoes..
  17. Add mutton over(mutton with bone on center)masala on sides..
  18. Then squeeze lemon on too..
  19. Now layer remaining tomato, coriander and green chillies..
  20. Then remaining rice and ghee on top..
  21. In a bowl add food colour and kewra.. mix
  22. Now pour on top and some brown onion..
  23. Now do as we do.. put on high flame first.. Then on low flame for 1o min..
  24. Enjoy with yoghurt and kashumbar..
