  19. Make ready 1 Cup Yoghurt
  20. Make ready 1 Tbsp Red Chilli Powder
  21. Make ready 250 gm Potatoes (Boiled with Yellow Food Colour)
  22. Make ready 750 gm Rice (3/4 Boiled with Salt)
  23. Prepare 1/2 Tsp Yellow Food Colour
  24. Take 2 Tbsp Water
  25. Get 2 Tbsp Lemon Juice

  6. Cover and Cook on Medium Flame until Tender. (40-45 minutes).
  7. Uncover and Cook without Mixing until Oil Separates.
  8. In a Bowl add Yoghurt and Whisk for 1 Minute.
  9. Add the Yoghurt in the Mutton Mixture and Mix.
  10. Add Grinded Spices and Red Chilli Powder. Mix and Cook for 4-5 Minutes.
  11. Add Potatoes and Mix. Take of Pot from the Flame.
  12. Add Rice in a Pot. Save some for later. On Top of the Rice add Mutton Mixture. Save some for later. Now Add the saved Rice on Top. Save some for later. Now ddd the Saved Mutton Mixture on Top. Add the Rice on Top Now.
  13. Mix Food Colour with Water. Add it on top of the Rice. Add Lemon Juice on top of the Rice as Well.
  14. Cover and Steam. Cook on Low Flame for 8-10 Minutes.
  15. Turn off the Flame and Serve Yummy and Delicious Mutton Biryani.
