Bake blind for 12 min then remove the paper and beans and bake for 10 min or bake until lightly gold.
  6. heat a large frying pan and dry fry the onions Spinach and salmon for 3 - 6 min.
  7. whisk the four eggs together, creme faiche, milk and pepper.
  8. Add the salmon mixture from frying pan into the pastry as it's done cooking. Then add the grated cheese and the egg mix at end.
  9. Put in oven for 25 - 30 min and allow to set and it's ready.

Season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, parsley, and sage, then blend until smooth. This quiche recipe is perfect for your next brunch. I added the optional feta cheese and bacon and it was delicious. Drain water from spinach in a sieve and press spinach to dry well. Add spinach to pan with mushrooms and onion.
