  8. Cut the tofu or Cottage Cheese in Cubes or rectangles
  9. Now take a Wok and heat it on vary high flame
  10. Add some sesame oil
  11. Add Sliced onions and give it a stir
  12. Add Garlic, Ginger and Lemon Grass
  13. Stir for a while and add Capsicum and Bell peppers
  14. Add Tofu and give everything a stir again
  15. Give everything a nice mix and add Noodles to it
  16. Toss the Noodles well on High Flame
  17. Finally add the Thai sauce you just prepared
  18. Also add the crushed Peanuts and give it a final mix
