  4. Add Cumin, stir until bubbly over medium heat, about 3 minutes.
  5. Add 1 cup of cheese, stir, turn off burner and set aside.
  6. Heat tortillas.
  7. Scoop fajita mixture, remaining cup of cheese and Siracha into tortillas and enjoy 😉

Think I'll add some red pepper flakes to give it a little more heat next time but other than that in made a good and quick week.
