- In the stove top, heat 1 tbsp oil, add onions and stir frequently. Add paste and butter. Onions will turn their color reddish, so they are ready. Turn the heat off.
- I didn't want to eat all bulgur pilaf, I will serve only for two people. So I transfer 2 portions of pilaf to smaller pot, then pour my sauce over it. Stirred very good. It is ready, very filling!
