Instructions to make Spinach Pesto:
  1. First boil 500ml of water in a kettle

  8. After a minute throw in the washed spinach and fry it until the spinach is cooked. ~ about a minute to 2.
  9. Dish the spinach and chilli into a blender, quickly rinse the frying pan and put it back on the stove on high heat with some olive oil.
  10. Once the pan has heated up throw in the sliced cherry tomatoes and frying them on medium heat.
  11. Flip the cherry tomatoes and lightly season with some salt and pepper.
  12. Now add a teaspoon of honey and teaspoon of lemon juice in the blender and blend it for 10-30 seconds.
  13. Start heating up the hot water in a cooking pot, and season it with some salt.
  14. Flip the cherry tomatoes again and lightly season with some salt and pepper.
  15. Once the water starts boiling in the pot, throw in the spaghetti.
  16. Flipping the cherry tomatoes a few more times and then dish them out on small plate.
  17. Put the frying pan back on the stove without washing and heat up with a little olive oil.
  18. Throw the sliced mushroom and flipped them around in the frying pan.
  19. Sprinkle half a teaspoon of mixed herbs and grind some salt and pepper and then turn the heat to medium.
  20. About a minute later throw in the cherry tomatoes and fry them with the mushroom.
  21. Once the spaghetti is 3/4 cooked (about ~ 5 minutes in the boiling water), Drain the water but keeping some of the pasta water to continue cooking with the rest of the dish..
  22. Mix in the Spaghetti in the frying pan and add in the Spinach Pesto.
  23. Now pouring the left over pasta water and mixing it in the frying pan, turn the heat up and keep mixing until the water boils a little.
  24. Now turn the heat to low, put the lid on and let it simmer
  25. Now while it's simmering, can start washing up and cleaning up a little.
  26. About every 30 sec~ swirl to mix around the spaghetti and then keep the lid closed. Keep doing so until the liquid has been absorbed by the spaghetti.
  27. Now Dish up and Enjoy ๐Ÿ˜‹ Bon appetite.
  28. The dish should have a balance of Salty, Sweet, Sour and spiciness.
