- Now cover the bowl and keep it in fridge for 15 to 20 minutes
- For Stuffing, heat 1 tbsp oil in a pan add chopped onion,when translucent add minced garlic,curry powder,black pepper,cumin powder,and nuts and mix well
- Now add ground mince and salt in it and mix well cover it and cook it for 10 minutes or till cook when done switch of gas
- Now add dry mint leaves powder in it and mix
- Now take chilled water rub on palm take a amount of bulgur and nice mixture make hollow cup, place stuffing in centre, cover it nicely from all sides,make all Kibbeh patties like this
- Now heat oil in a pan and deep fry this patties till light brown in colour
- Fry all patties like this and keep on paper to remove excess oil
- Now Kibbeh is ready to serve,serve hot for more taste with green and tamarind chutney
