This mix of veggies with homemade enchilada sauce is such a tasty treat. This is my twist to the classic Mexican dish, which is very delicious and exotic.   3. Take another wok add oil garlic onion capsicum broccoli and toss it.
  4. Add kidney beans, mushroom, corn salt oregano chilli flakes.
  5. Take tortillas or chapati put vegetables in it and roll tightly.
  6. Put in the baking tray pour sauce on it and grate cheese.
  7. Bake for 10-15 minutes Enchiladas ready.
  8. Take out from baking tray and serve it.
