  6. Spoon about 1/4 cup of meat mixture into tortilla, roll up. Continue with the others.
  7. Place, seam down, into an oven safe baking dish.
  8. Pour remaining sauce over enchiladas. Cover with cheese.
  9. Bake 20 minutes, or until cheese is bubbly.

Brown meat and onions in large skillet. Put filling along center of each tortilla. In a large skillet, saute the onion until just soft, not browned. Mix in flour and green chilies. Pour in the red sauce, chicken broth, cilantro, salt and pepper.
