Rotisserie chicken is simmered in enchilada sauce and salsa, then sliced tortillas are stirred in cooked until they become nice and soft. Turned off skillet and mixed all ingredients in the pan per recipe instead of adding an extra bowl to clean. My family loved it, and it was an easy week night rift on enchiladas (and less fat too.
