If the bacon on the top is not as crisp as you would like, put the meatloaf under the broiler for a few minutes. While the meatloaf is resting, prepare the gravy. In a medium saucepan, melt butter or margarine over medium heat. Add mushrooms and onions; cook and stir until tender. Combine water and cornstarch in a small cup; stir into broth.
