I loved stuffed peppers but hate all the work of blanching the peppers and stuffing them. This would be much more appealing to kids, too, since the peppers are in the casserole rather than the casserole in the. I love all the ingredients but it just didn't turn out. I did mix the rice in while it was still cooking, maybe that's what threw this off. If the cooked stuffed peppers have been left out at room temperature overnight, do not risk eating them.
