- Using a pressure cooker, heat until pressure is up, turn down heat to med or med/low and cook for 12 min. ***Alternatively, can be cooked in a slow cooker on low for 8 to 10 hours, or cooked in the oven at 350°F for one hour or stove top for one hour.
